Ok..... my operating system is Windows XP. Whenever I try to view any folder or My Computer my CPU usage goes up to 100% and computer freezes. for me to fix it I have to end EXPLORER.exe, and restart it using Windows Task Manager. I am guessing this is a virus causing this. Does anyone have any clue how I can get rid of it.... some how it got by my Norten Anti-Virus software. I did a virus scan today and nothing was found, and my software is up to date. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!
