Need help with IPB

I installed my invision boards. But, It says it installs and everything, but then when I click the link "proceed to log-in" it says this-

Warning: load_template(./Skin/s1/skin_global.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hph/public_html/p/fs2004/sources/functions.php on line 612 .
