We just deployed a new Windows 2000 server not too long ago for shared hosting. After we have more than 25-IP addresses bound to the NIC, IIS doesn't start. Getting under 25-IP's allows IIS to restart and work fine. We have applied all service packs and updates. Any ideas what might be causing this?
