secure.mydomain.com with new ip not working

Hi all,

I have setup secure.mydomain.com with a new IP on a cpanel server. However, i'm unable to FTP to the new secure.mydomain.com or to the new IP. The server return with an error saying operation time out.

Any ideas what i have miss out?
