I've been having reoccuring issues as of late with 4 sites which I have hosted on the same server. The issue is like this: The sites on this server have been unreachable on-and off for a few weeks now..often for days at a time. They are unreachable by myself on 4 PCs here, and from anyone else whom I ask also using my ISP (RoadRunner). These are not Newly resgitered domains, they've all worked fine in the past, and no other DNS/configuration chagnes have been made to them on my end. I am not able to Ping the domain when the issues are occuring, but I can ping the IP. I've talked with my ISP and they claim it's my host. I've talked with my host and they claim it's my ISP. I'm lost ,frustrated, losing customers, and not sure who to blame.
