Additional FTP Accounts

Hi all

Sorry again, more questions now.

I got this main folder, username "xxx" for domain xxx.com. Then under this user, there is a folder name xxx2, for xxx.com/xxx2.

Question here is how do i create an additional user for this account? As in, ftp, if possible ssh too?
