Apache has reached the MaxClients limits
my server is crashing evry day, today i got this email from WHM
Apache has reached the MaxClients
limit. cPanel has increased the MaxClients limit to 230 (10 higher).
You may wish to suspend the user with the largest access log as they
are generally the person using up all of the avalible connections. However, your should
have your system admin verify this first.

but the problem is that WHM dont report this TOP3 domain, i should think that it can be a Dos attack?
/usr/local/apache/logs/access_log seem to be ok
