Grub Boot
I'm beginning to configure my new DS and I'll be compiling 2.6.3 soon, but I'm very paranoid about kernel installs and the server I'm using is running Grub as the bootloader. What if when I reboot for some reason the kernel load fails? I'll then be stuck... Is there any way for me to make it "one-time" boot into a specific entry, that way if the kernel fails I can simply send a reboot request and be back into the stable kernel. If the new kernel runs fine, then I can disable this. I know lilo has an option to do this. For those of you who compile kernels on remote machines, how do you manage this? Thanks Much,
