Copying accounts from other host : Ftp folder structures ?

I need to transfer a new customer's account from his old host and he does NOT have SSH access, so rsyncing is out. But can't figure out how todo recursive Ftp. Its 250mb data and lots of folders.

FXP just doesn't work with most servers, so that's out too.

Only roundabout solution I can figure out right now is to download his data first to my Windows server (using Windows GUI Ftp) and upload to other server from there.


Any other ideas ?
