Need to buy some server

I was just given $11,000 to buy a couple of servers. I am looking to try and buy 3 nice ones. I CANNOT GO OVER BUDGET.

Would I assume dell 1u or 2us would be best for a rack?

One Server will be a webserver
One Server will be the main domain controler for our office
One Server will be another network server on the domain

Currently we have 2 old dell servers (1ghz w/1gb ram) and a homebaked one that will be replaced by the new ones.

All three servers will need to run Windows 2003.

The webserver will be hosting 2 or three intranets one being a php based portal system like phpnuke.

Any suggestions on what I should buy or look for would be greatly appreciated. Need to buy some server Need to buy some server
