Windows Server User Administration

Anyone use any nice tools that simplify user administraion for Windows Servers.

I used Ideal Administration a long time ago, but its like $400 for a single user license.

There has got to be other tools around that can provide the same type of control for a lot less then $400. Maybe there is even an open source app?

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
