Chmodding Problem
For one reason or another, I cannot seem to chmod it 777 not through FTP, not through WEB FTP. It is strange. When done through web ftp, it says that the chmodding was done, but once the page refreshes, the files still has its old permission settings 644.
What could be causing this?
