flex chat 2.0

Hi

I have a dedicated windows 2003 server hosting about 15 sites Im thinking of installing flex chat 2.0 on my server so visitors to one of my websites can chat to each other, I was wondering how much of a drain it is on resources or if this causes any major security breaches.

If anyone can recommend any software that is better then im open to suggestions.
