Installing GD library, missing xllR6 Problems.. Can someone help ?

I was installing the New GD 2.0 when i got the following error:

LD_RUN_PATH="/usr/lib:/usr/XllR6/lib" cc -shared -L/usr/local/lib GD.o -o blib/arch/auto/GD./usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXll
Collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [blib/arch/auto/GD/GD.so] Error 1
/usr/bin/make -- NOT OK
GD install failed


We use WHM/CPANEL...
Any idea where I can get xllR6 ?
