Help with MailScanner

Hello, I installed Mail scanner on my rh9 cpanel machine. Now when I login to root I get this error:

2004-03-09 22:01:20 1B0tyC-00060K-Of Failed to create spool file /var/spool/exim_incoming/input//1B0tyC-00060K-Of-D: Permission denied

What does this mean? Also my e-mails are not being sent.
