minor mod_rewrite issue..

Hey Folks.

I have a very simple mod_rewrite issue, which for whatever reason, will not work for me...

Can anyone give me second opinions/input on how you would rewrite:

http://www.cpanelfaq.org/003/2.html

to

http://www.cpanelfaq.org/index.php?sid=218&aktion=artikel&rubrik=003&id=2&lang=en

Seems rather simple but for whatever reason, I keep getting 404s..
