10060 Connection Timeout
My ISP is a nightmare right now. Many of the websites I try to reach result in a 10060 Connection Timeout Error.
My ISP says this is due to a fault in the Cisco Software of a router.
How likely is this? I thought that would result in a 404 error not a 10060. Anyway...if abyone can explain this I would appreciate it.
