Exi & SpamHaus

I want to setup Exim/WHM to query the SBL+XBL lists at SpamHaus ( http://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/howtouse.html ).

Only problem, I have no idea where to begin. Does anyone know of a good place that has directions?
