Netscape only: "HTTP Status 500 - No Context..."

When loading a specific PHP page through Netscape only, I get the following error:



HTTP Status 500 - No Context configured to process this request

type Status report

message No Context configured to process this request

description The server encountered an internal error (No Context configured to process this request) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
Apache Tomcat/4.1.24



This is only happening on this one page so far, and happens every time in Netsape. I am using all the latest versions of Netscape, IE, and Firefox. Firefox and IE have no problems. Is this a problem at my end or the hosts'?
