. info Domains having problem with our name servers
We've been having a problem with our customers adding .info domains to our main name server:
ns1.dns-systems.net
ns2.dns-systems.net
When ever we try and make a name server change to .info domains we get back errors like:
Update Name Server error. Response Code: 480 Response Text: Command failed: unable to verify existence of nameserver ns2.dns-systems.net
The name servers work fine for .com etc... and are registered as they should be.
* Has anyone else had a problem like this?
* Do I need to register the name server with .info reg?
* Or is there something on our name server set up anyone can see that might cause a problem?
Any help is much a preciated as we have customers wanting to get sites moved and we just can get any .info domains name servers changed to ours.
