migrating messages from exim to qmail

We are currently using exim and now need to move all our mail folders from exim to our new server running qmail. I've done some searching on the net and was unable to find any scripts, utilities or directions on how to go about doing this.

Is if feasable to transfer exim mail folders to qmail? If so how? Any leads on this issue are appreciated.
