Mail Server Question.
FreeBSD 5.1
Use PINE to send/read email
Recently applied ports "mailscanner" and "chk4mail"
Now, when I try to send email to anyone, I receive an error "Mail Not Sent, Authentication turned on in your email client."
Went into /etc/pine.conf and changed:
smtp-server= to "smtp-server=localhost/novalidate-cert
No change.
Ran a "make deinstall" on the two freshly installed ports.
No change.
Ideas anyone? Did I miss something?
