Language Problem
I have some problem viewing my websites in Russian.
For some reason,browser doesnt recognize the website encoding by default but opening it in unicode.
Once I switch encoding to win_ru it shows it ok.
I ahve checked all websites on another server and they were opening in win_ru by default with no problem.
Does anyone had same problem ?
