SSL problems with cPanel

I ordered a SSL certificate and I installed it on secure.priorahost.com. I used the same account details as the master Priorahost account for the SSL certificate as I was told that this would be OK.

Whenever I upload files to the secure directory which is where the contents for secure.priorahost.com are stored, I cannot access the content using the HTTPS protocol. Here is an example:

http://secure.priorahost.com/completessl_white.gif
https://secure.priorahost.com/completessl_white.gif

Here is what the SSL reseller told me:

Ok, I see what you mean. I've seen that before, usually it happens if the certificate is installed before the subdomain is created. But I don't know if that is the only case where it happens.

What is happening is that https://secure.priorahost.com/ is pointing to you /public_html directory as opposed to the /public_html/secure directory. If you add the secure folder after the url you will see what I mean.

For example:
https://secure.priorahost.com/secure...essl_white.gif

Some people want this becuase you able to display all files and folders securely by accessing them via the subdomain.domain.
