I am using windows XP, Mysql 4.0, PHP 4, and an apache 2 server. How do I compile PHP 4 with Mysql support without using the integrated Mysql client? I want to compile PHP as an apache module. I have read through the PHP manuel however I could only find the solution for Linux or Unix.
