Agora-SSL problem

Have a client running agora as domain.com/store

i installed a cert for

domain.com

when cleints hit the final pages they are given two choices, button to check out- this works fine

text link 'check out' adds a www to the url

and corrupts the cert.

cleint is goin nuts i dont want to buy another cert

any ideas before i take a bath for 2 certs?

and agora support is nonexistant paid for it got a refund at least when not delivered..
