I really need help with ()mail enablment on few users only....

i would like to know if some one able to help me please
()mail disabled on one of my servers because of Security reasons ,and i would like to enable it on one user while all the others still disabled ,how can i do it please?


My few techs now out of the city for 2 days and i really need to do it instantly.

Server Specs:
Os: Redhat 9
Control Panel: DirectAdmin
