Apache log file problem...

What would apache cause to log a different access time and timezone?

80.58.32.170 - - [26/Mar/2004:09:12:28 -0500] "GET /media/3629.jpg HTTP/1.1" 200
81.130.83.88 - - [26/Mar/2004:09:12:28 -0500] "GET /media/6266.jpg HTTP/1.1" 200
81.168.34.101 - - [26/Mar/2004:14:12:38 +0000] "GET /media/5581f.jpg HTTP/1.1" 200
81.168.34.101 - - [26/Mar/2004:14:12:41 +0000] "GET /media/2034f.jpg HTTP/1.1" 200
195.93.32.14 - -[26/Mar/2004:09:12:49 -0500] "GET /media/1137.jpg HTTP/1.1" 200

This happens at two servers causing webalizer to ingore thousands of records on the next run.

I've checked the timezone of the server and also the hardware clock, seems ok.

I also replaced the http binary with the one from a server which doesn't have this problem and it STILL logs a different time and timezone! Apache log file problem...
