ps -efl causing server to hang

When I run a ps, or do a man, the server hangs. I have two boxes like this which developed this problem this morning.

Is anyone else having, or have had this problem?

Additionally, any webpage which interacts with mysqld seems to hang on load...

I'm on rackshack. (EV1Servers.)
