Image Galleries

I have a dedicated server, and it has "power tools" one of which is a image gallery tool(Im assuming it will automatically make thumgnails and manage the image content) however when I try to install it, it says the License isnt installed...

There is nothing else to install...

Anyone have a program that manages pictures, and allows users to post a comment about each picture or rank it?

Its ls1turd.com/rice a website about riced out cars-no content is up yet as Im trying to figure this out, I really dont want to have to update the HTML everytime I get another picture...

I know someone will have an answer!
