Mail Server problems
I have a reseller account with an un-named hosting company (at least until I get some support queries answered anyway). I am not into downgrading a hosting company until the last straw.
Over the last 3 weeks I have been experiencing some problems with mail response times. These downtimes can be over 5-15 hours in delay time at a time. As you can probably imagine it is starting to be pretty frustrating for myself and my clients.
Unfortunately I dont know where to even start looking myself. I have just sent off a support query to my host but I havent been that confident with his technical prowess over the last 6 months so I am not all that confident he will be able to help.
Before I make a decision to start looking else where for a new hosting account where and what can I look for myself. Sorry I am a web designer/ programmer so my server tech knowledge is definitely not my greatest asset.
I am running in a C-panel environment as below; (hopefully this may help someone with some tech knowledge as usage and everything else looks ok to me)

Any help would be appreciated. By the way my suspicion of support from this host has just been confirmed as I just got a reply saying that the owner of this hosting company has been ill and I have just been passed off to his friend who is now looking after all support.
So a second question will be what is a good reseller and account for up to $45 per month?
