Apache 1.39: Only allow 1 download session at once
The problem is that apache reach very quickly the max simultaneuos connections due the massive use of download managers like download accelerator, getright, mozilla, netants, ...
How can i only allow one simultaneuos downloading from the server?
Or maybe, a iptables rule for only allow one ip at the same time?
