Why doesn't www work on some urls?

I am wondering why (as a noobie) it is that some of my websites do not appear with the www attached.
Example:
http://www.ourmarshfamily.com - no work
http://ourmarshfamily.com - works

The site is not near done, but it never seems to come up correctly (having FP issues, but that's a seperate problem, I think)

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
