503 This mail server requires authentication. Please check your mail client settings.
I get this message in my SMTP eventlog and the mail never get sent. Could someone plz help me?
I have IIS 5.1 in Windows XP Pro and I am using alittle program to autosend email with ASP.
I have following mail components installed on my server:
1. MailEnable installed (it comes with SMTP service)
2. Installed and registered CDONTS.dll on my server
I get this in my SMTP eventlog:

503 This mail server requires authentication. Please check your mail client settings.
==================
However I can send email to my own domain name email address without any problems.
