How to move plesk domain to another drive?

I could have sworn that I did this before but for the life of me can't remember how..........

I am working with a Windows 2003/Plesk 6.5.x server and would like to move the user data and DB folders to another partition. For some reason I thought that this was something that I could do through the control panel itself but maybe I'm wrong. Am I going to have to uninstall/reinstall plesk or is there another way here? If only one could symlink in windows.
