Why My FTP Transfers are slow ?

Hi,

I am trying to FTP some files between my servers on HE.NET SJC and Peer1 NYC. Here is the trace

My file transfer speed is around 80KB/Sec, thats about 1 Meg/Sec . The connection between both sits are 100 Megs and my understanding is that both of them peer direct with each other.

Does any one know know whats going on ?
