I have a customer who has MP3 files and video files that they store on my server, and link to them from their website with another host (their local ISP who maintains their site, but charges insane amounts for disk space, and they are using 900mb). They want to be able to pseudo stream these files so that they will start playing before they are fully downloaded, so people dont have to wait to listen to them.
(They are not music files, they are phone interview archives from their business)
Any ideas on what to do to get them to stream like that every time?
