It's Been Hacked?

I logged into my server today and I got this wierd message in quote

malloc: block on free list clobbered

I noticed the evrtwa1-ar2-4-35-049-254.evrtwa1.dsl-verizon.net is not where I last logged in; is anyone hacked to my server ?

What is the 2 lines about malloc?

malloc: block on free list clobbered


Anh then the "Stopping myself ... "?
