DNS Troubles - Cannot access server from certain Providers.

Hello,

Here is a quick "outlook" on the situation.

The server is etglobalsolution.com .

The server is at managed.com DNS the domain for an IP address!

Now, all the customers are on the nameservers. NS1 & NS2.etglobalsolution.co.uk !! YES .co.uk and these point to the server. Using 123-reg as the nameserver hosts.

Now im getting the problems where

NTL, Blueyonder and AOL cannot access their websites. It displays the traditonal 404 website not found error. IN all web browsers wether this is the AOL browser, opera or IE.

Yet the customers can ping their site and get a response. It comes up with the right IP. Also they can do a tracert with no problems about 24 hops.

I personally on eclipse ADSL get 13 hops from the UK.

I never get any problems!! All these cable customers do and AOL!!

Could someone check do some record lookups etc, to see if there is anything wrong?!

I have done lots of things such as clearing the cache / flushing the DNS / clearing history and none of this works. It works for them once of twice then back to this problem.

And it isnt just one of my customers getting this problem its several. Yet anyone on ADSL never gets these problems!! So is the DNS setup correctly, or isnt it propagating correctly?

The nameservers have been the same for the last 2 weeks and we have allways had problems like this, on previous servers. There must be something im doing wrong?!
