Cpanel and SSL problems

Today I mistakenly reset the SSL certificate for my web-server. Now, when I log into the server it presents me with an 'invalid certificate' and doe not let me log into WHM with SSL security (ie :2087).

The reason being is that cpanel does not seemed to have deleted the old certificate and has used the same serial number, therefore invalidating the 'new' one.

I'm just wondering how I delete the old one, or generate a new one. I'm not great at SSL so please go easy on me.
