problem with page loading

Hi,

I have problem loading this page on a vps server with Servint:
http://www.1adx.grablist.com/cgi-bin/classads/id.cgi?1

Half the time only a blank page is loaded with the following html codes :

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

The above code is not in any of my files. The actual page content is only loaded after I click refresh.

I have the exact same page in another server but I don't face this problem. The page loading is also much faster.

Please click on the links below and click refresh a few times and you'll see what I mean.

Is there anything I should do to my vps server to solve this?
I am using Linux with WHM and cPanel.
