Total Control Server stops responding every minute
I have a serious problem in a server.
It stops responding every hour. Not at a specific time. It came offline and after a few seconds, it's online. Then, after some minutes it happens again. Sometime the server stay running with no problems for a couple of hours.
First i thougt It was a packet loss in total control network because the server is not pingable while it happens. I really don´t think It´s the problem.
Then I asked to upgrade the kernel to a newer version (2.6.3 for the XEON). It didn´t resolved the problem.
The server load is always very low (between 0.0 and 2 [4cpus]).
The problem remains after 2 months that server is online.
Is it possible to change kernel version to newer version.
I´m running 2.6.3-sxeon-3w #10 SMP.
Does anyone knows anything about the problem?
