Can't access a .biz site with the W's

I setup http://peppertree.biz for a client, which he is advertising in the newspapper now. The problem is while some can reach the site with or without the W's. Most can only reach it without W's. And of course he listed it in the newspaper with W's.

Everything looks correct on my end and I can reach it either way.

Can anyone shed some light on this? And I'd be curious to know if any of you are unable to reach http://www.peppertree.biz?
