merging two set of IPs in one LAN

my LAN which has 100 windows based PCs, consists of 2 set IPs.

eq.
0 Ethernet adapter :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.194
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1

1 Ethernet adapter :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . : XXX.XX.XX.116
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.224
Default Gateway . . . . . . : XXX.XX.XX.97

xxx.xx.xx are same numbers but not 192.168.0

Above info is taken from a PC that has 2 network Cards.
Other PCs have only one network card and either using Set 1 IP or Set 2 IP.
In network neighborhood, everyone can see each other. So, I got no problem to share hardisk/printer.
The problem is when I want to use utilities that based on TCP/IP like instant messaging, intranet etc.
It is obvious that this is due to different setting of IP address and subnet mask.

Is there any way that I can make everybody ping each other ?
