Xeon HT with Linux 9.0

Two questions. First question, does red hat linux 9.0 support the Xeon's HT? Meaning if I have a dual xeon server, will it show four processors instead of just two? I know that red hat enterprise 3.0 does support the HT and shows the four processors but I'm wanting to know if RHL 9.0 does as well?

Second question. I have several accounts that I'm moving from cpanel to cpanel server. I don't want to use WHM's features becuase they are pretty much worthless for transfering accounts, especially when some of the accounts are over 40gb in size. I have been compiling back up from shell then then transfering the accounts over one by one to the new server and running /scripts/restorepkg username.

I have to transfer around 100 accounts from one cpanel server to another and I want to do it primarily through shell. I know how to backup all the accounts at once by running /scripts/upcp but is there some kind of script or can someone make a script that transfers the backup to the new server, then from there, I will login to the other server and run another script that will run /scripts/restorepkg on every account w/o me having to do each one manually? Thanks for your help.
