WHM Box tune-up help

Hello Everyone,

I'm on the other end of the support fence for once, was hoping someone could step forward and help me with a few questions.

Whilst I am not new to the world of hosting, I am in contrast very new to WHM. I was hoping that someone could look at :

And help me solve the maximum of problems, like the TTL discrepancy, explaning where these setup items are located in the WHM panel.
