WHM transfer feature and subdomains

I have never tried to transfer accounts where the user setup subdomains in WHM.  IF they are in Cpanel they transfer over with the main account, but if they are setup in WHM they are not. 

Any ideas on how to transfer sub domains when they are created in WHM?  I am really stumped on this one.
