[maxclientscheck] has exceeded the MaxClients limit ??

Hello,

We are using Cpanel/WHM and We received the following e-mail this morning:

******************************************
Subject: [maxclientscheck] has exceeded the MaxClients limit

Apache has reached the MaxClients limit. cPanel has increased the MaxClients limit to 170 (10 higher).

You may wish to suspend the user with the largest access log as they
are generally the person using up all of the avalible connections. However, your should
have your system admin verify this first.

Top 3 Largest access logs
====================================
127776 /usr/local/apache/domlogs/x***********
109828 /usr/local/apache/domlogs/yyyyyyy.nl
96948 /usr/local/apache/domlogs/zzzzzzz.com
******************************************

Can anyone explain what this means and give us an idea if those 3 domains are using too many connections ?
Also, we have noticed 2 failures of apache since that e-mail.. Can this be the cause ?

Thanks
