Mails coming very late from England...any known issues?
I keep having problems with a customer that is not getting his mails from England (BT) to his shared account on a GNAX server. Sometimes there are no problems but sometimes the mails from UK to USA are late many days only to come all at once. From USA to UK is OK.
Do you have any ideea what is wrong? Have any of you encountered such an issue?
The server is running RedHat9, cPanel 9.2.0 - r24.
What can I do?
