Can a broken network card be the cause of this..?
After a reboot by the datacenter everything was fine again.
Now today, 48 hours later that same server stopped working again. It would not reboot and the datacenter suspected faulty hardware (network card). They put the harddrives in a new server and off we go again.
Could that same network card problem also have caused the server being unavailable a couple of days ago until it was rebooted or is that a technical impossibility?
